FAB AWARD WINNER: ALAS RESTAURANT BY HERMANOS TORRES
The latest edition of the FAB awards, held last June in Dallas Fort Worth, USA, chose the Alas By Hermanos Torres Restaurant as the best in Europe, within the “New Food & Beverage Concept” category
It is a 265-square-metre location in Terminal T1 Sky South, awarded for its modern, functional design, with a large bar/table as a central island, where the kitchen is located and where dishes are prepared in front of the client — as they do in their Cocina Hermanos Torres restaurant.
The renowned FAB (THE AIRPORT FOOD & BEVERAGE AWARDS) awards, organized by The Moodie Davitt Report, is the largest event dedicated to the growing airport food and beverage sector. Since its launch in 2011, FAB has grown to become the key global reference for a constantly evolving sector, serving as a demonstration of its challenges, opportunities and quality aspirations.
